When will your enamel pins be restocked?
Hi and welcome to 12 Hour Grind! We do not have set dates on when our enamel pins will be restocked, as they are restocked on a rolling basis throughout the year. The absolute best way to stay informed and be the first to know about restock dates (and receive discount codes!), please sign up for our email list here. We promise we never send more than 2 emails a month.
Shipping
The new enamel pin order processing time is 2-3 business days, followed by
- Standard Economy shipping time: 5-8 business days
- Insured Economy shipping time: 5-8 business days
- Express shipping time: 1-2 business days
When will my order ship?
Please refer to timeline above, unless you purchased a presale order. If you bought an enamel pin as part of a presale, please check the item details below the pin description for shipping dates.
Can I cancel an order?
We apologize, but our store does not accept any cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds.

What if my order arrives damaged or broken?
Please email us, within 14 days of your delivery date (provided by the USPS website), at help@12HourGrind.com with your full name and order number for further assistance.
What if the shipping carrier loses my order or my order is stolen from my mail?
During checkout, we offer three shipping options. One option, Insured shipping, includes insurance that covers the replacement of lost or stolen orders. Please choose Insured Shipping if you would like your order protected. If you choose to forgo Insured Shipping, 12 Hour Grind is not liable for lost or stolen items.
What if my order is lost or stolen and I paid for premium/insured shipping?
Please email us at help@12HourGrind within 30 days of your delivery date or within 30 days of your last tracking update.

USPS DELAYS:
Please be aware that USPS is experiencing massive network-wide delays.
This will impact your orders in the following ways:
- It will take longer for USPS to scan in your packages. This means you might get a tracking status of ‘Pre-shipment” for up to 5 days. Your package is at UPSP waiting to be scanned in and sorted by a postal worker.
- Your orders will require more time to deliver. USPS currently has a major shortage in drivers and transportation, as stated on their website.
