Dear Mamas,
We are tough every single time we give our children our best while honoring the fact that our best will look different on different days and that's okay. Tough is continuing to show up for yourself and your children, even though it is the hardest thing you've ever done. It's asking for help when we need it, resting when we can, and showing our children how to love themselves by modeling compassion and self love for ourselves. It's letting go of perfection and making room for grace. I continue to learn these things every day, but I am so honored to be here with all of you. Aliya is the love of my life. I get it now.
